ProofLetter

Terms of Service

Last updated: November 4, 2026

1. What we provide

ProofLetter ("we", "the Service") provides a document template tool that helps users draft employment verification and income proof letters. The Service generates letters based on information that you, the user, enter.

2. Not legal advice

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or any professional certification. The letters produced by the Service are templates. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any letter you use is accurate, truthful, and properly issued and signed by the actual employer. It is fraudulent to issue or submit an employment letter containing false information, and the Service may not be used for that purpose.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Payment and refunds

The preview and browser printing of a watermarked letter are free. Unlocking the watermark-free PDF requires a one-time payment, processed by our payment providers. Because a digital deliverable is generated immediately, all sales are final once the license key has been delivered and verified; if you experienced a technical failure, contact us and we will make it right.

5. License

Upon payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated letters and template for your personal or business document needs, unlimited times.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any generated letter will be accepted by any specific landlord, lender, agency, or authority.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
